The Sacred Heart Opening is an experiential dynamic where the Divine flows the vibration of Intimacy through your Wounded Heart in a sweet, tender and affectionate way. This shifts the discordant energies that have been holding you back from Real Love and Authentic Intimacy to then bring you to a place of having a Healed and Whole Heart.
You move from a too delicate, too fragile, too damaged heart with a Hard artificial shell to being an Open portal of Unconditional Love and Light.

Loss of joy – You used to experience so much joy, but you’ve lost it…You rarely get to experience that sense of wonder, awe, and beauty, celebrating the goodness of life.
Protective mechanisms – You don’t have much energy to give, so you find yourself not wanting to initiate with people. Dreading being with people because they might drain you of the little you have left. Your desire to love people became a desire to avoid people.
Defensiveness – You may find yourself more easily hurt, defensive, reactive because you don’t have a reservoir of a full heart to draw from.
Agreeing with Lies – You started believing the inner voice of the lower self because your wounds reinforced the lies: “You’re not good enough” “No one’s gonna love you,” “You’re not really hearing your intuitive voice, that’s just you making things up.” All negative beliefs, but you start to agree with the lies because of unhealed wounds, and it undermined my evolution.
Deep sadness – When a memory still feels sad, painful, terrifying…it’s a sign it’s still not healed.
Un-forgiveness – When we’ve been wounded, we often refuse to grant forgiveness because we feel like it’s letting people off the hook. In reality, it does nothing but hurt ourselves and hold us back from healing and moving forward. You can’t change what happened, but you can control how you move forward. Holding on to past hurts keeps you stuck and diminishes the positive impact you can have on others.
Lack of Love for People – ultimately, unhealed wounds rob us of the ability to love people. People have hurt us, we still feel the hurts, so we are unable to love people because that requires proximity and vulnerability—which unhealed hearts fear.
Easily Offended or Frustrated – when you carry unhealed wounds, it doesn’t take much of a jab to feel a lot of pain or anger or frustration.
Bitterness – A strong, unrelenting hostility or resentment toward someone is a sign bitterness has taken root in your soul. Bitterness comes from never fully processing and moving on from a situation that harmed us. Do you find yourself ruminating over past hurts? Are you preoccupied with resentful thoughts about another person? If so, bitterness has gotten a hold on you.
Sarcasm – Sarcasm is one of the more subtle, socially acceptable ways wounded leaders express themselves. Often masked in humor, sarcasm can range from friendly little jabs at someone to full-on passive-aggressive attacks. The intent of sarcasm, to cut someone down, to tear at their self-esteem, or knock them down a notch to let them know you’re just a little bit better.
