Jackie “Laara” Herod was immersed in the world of showjumping at an international level before experiencing a career-ending fall from her horse during competition. Although she did make a miraculous recovery, and returned to sport, she had discovered another calling: Light Codes. As Laara focused herself on becoming an energy healer, she learned the importance of grounding and building her biofield (aura), so she could integrate her new, intense spiritual experiences.
