This includes releasing trapped emotions, reprogramming the mind from negative thinking and old beliefs and embracing a positive, healthy lifestyle. Energy Healing 101, an introduction to Energy Healing September 10th
Energy Healing allows us to release trauma, negative programming and ancestral imprints, amongst many other benefits. Energy healing restores clarity, the ability to live your life with ease and grace, to thrive and to live abundantly and joyfully. By releasing trauma, old patterns and conditioning, we become free to live from our self-authority. This allows us to heal and to wisely choose the highest outcome and timelines. I show how to use simple techniques to access your natural ability to heal and help your loved ones. We discuss blocks to healing and how to eliminate them, as well as a few healing modalities that you can apply with only rudimentary practice. This includes the use of muscle testing and the pendulum as a diagnostic tool to get yes or no answers. We discuss sources of information for self study.
- You will understand the principles of energy healing and learn techniques to develop the skills and sensitivities required to practice energy healing on friends, family and self.
- You will learn about creating a healing Unified Field of Safety
- You will learn methods for testing yes and no (pendulum, muscle testing, etc.).
