WEEK 2: WHAT’S BEEN STOPPING YOU?
We can say we want something but if we’re afraid or have self doubts, we’re never going to manifest it. In this module, you’ll learn THE EMOTIONAL WORKOUT to help you clear away self-sabotaging thoughts and replace them with self-love, self-confidence and self-worthiness.
WEEK 3: ACTION
When all the magic starts to happen and doors start opening, we need the COURAGE to act. In this module you’ll learn two amazing tools to help you FACE DOWN FEAR and SEIZE THE DAY!
WEEK 4: PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER
We’ll do some live coaching to demonstrate how the three steps work together and answer any questions you may have about how to apply THE SHIFT SYSTEM to where you are now.
WASH, RINSE, REPEAT. Once you learn this powerful 3-step process, you can use it over and over throughout your life.
