In this next Mastery Empowerment Course with the Arcturians, we will be downloading the Arcturian Galactic Center Transmissions which help crystallize our I AM Presence during this important initiation month of December. This course is separated into three sessions where we work on our I AM Presence on three levels.
1) Session 1-Working with the I AM Presence on the Personal Level. The mantra which holds the packed meaning for this level is “I AM the Light of the World.” Here we are developing our spiritual identity as individual beings. The Arcturian Galactic Center Transmission on the personal level will help us bring through our divine self to maximize our effect in the world. We can accelerate our development as individual, competent, and confident beings able to assist the planet in many ways that work with our individual talents.
2) Session 2-Working with the I AM Presence on a Transpersonal Level. The mantra that embodies this level is “Not I but the Christ in Me.” Here we step aside with our personality and allow something greater to work through us. We no longer rely on our own individual power but something greater to work through us. This can be the Christ Consciousness or any other symbol or Higher Being that resonates for us with the Divine. The Arcturian Galactic Center Transmission on the Transpersonal Level will allow us to be the hollow bone that the Native American Shamans say we are all capable of becoming as channels of the Divine.
3) Session 3-Working with the I AM Presence in Divine Union. Here we embody the mantra “I and the Father/Mother are One.” We work with non-dual awareness and unity consciousness at this stage. We no longer see ourselves as individual I AM Presence but rather a unified whole with the Greater Being of the All and all sentient beings. This is unity consciousness and oneness with the Divine. The Arcturian Galactic Center Transmission on the Divine Union Level allows us to bring together all we know and unify it into one whole. We will also work with how to embody this level while still existing on planes of duality.
Join us to crystallize the Divine Blueprint of our I AM Presence on all three levels simultaneously. In this next installment of the Mastery Empowerment series, we will be working with the Arcturian energies and consciousness to accelerate our understanding and development of our inner nature and natural powers of expression and manifestation through the Divine into the physical world. We will be exposed to a new set of Arcturian Frequencies called the Arcturian Powers. These frequencies are based on the four directional model and the four mystical tools framework. The four directions; East, South, West, and North, are each associated with a mystical tool. The East is associated with the Sword. The South is associated with the Staff. The West is associated with the Chalice, And the North is associated with the Shield.
These directions and mystical tools are deep archetypal patterns working throughout humanity. The Arcturian Energies and Consciousness will imbue these archetypal patterns with their insight and energy and help us advance in our esoteric understanding and use of these profound principles. Session Two: We continue our work with the Arcturian Staff Frequency which is associated with the South direction and the Arcturian Shield Frequency which is associated with the North direction. The Arcturian Staff also aligns us to the Fire element and how the Fire Element and the spiritual contacts associated with this element can help shape our future. The South direction is also how we put forth our desires, wants, and needs into the manifest world. As a complement and in contrast, the Arcturian Shield Frequency and the North direction helps us to link to the past and the Ancestors. The North direction brings things to an end and buries them in a proper way in the past. By working with the Arcturian Shield Frequencies we can link properly to the past and also connect more deeply with our Ancestors. The Shield also represents protection and a connection to all aspects of the Earth. Again we will spend a thorough hour being exposed to these two frequencies followed by an insightful sharing of our experiences and how to manifest these Powers in our daily life.
Session Three: Here we bring all the directions and Arcturian Powers all together as a whole. The Arcturian Sword Frequency, the Arcturian Chalice Frequency, the Arcturian Staff Frequency, and the Arcturian Shield Frequency will be systematically run on all our subtle bodies followed by a blast of all four frequencies all together. This hour session is a time for deepening the insights and information into our field and unpacking what we already know regarding these Powers. In this next installment of the Arcturian Mastery Empowerment Courses, we will be taking a deep dive into balancing the masculine and feminine energies within our subtle body system. We will be working with the idea of the divine union within on three levels: 1) the external 2) the internal and 3) the non-dual. Each level will take us into a deeper understanding of balancing the polarities within our structure and consciousness.
The first day we will receive a transmission to balance our past lives in male and female bodies and also the external gender roles we have taken on in this lifetime. Coming to a sense of balance and integration is the purpose of this first day’s transmission. This is in essence a three day retreat meant to harmonize the polar opposites within your system. As we harmonize these energetic polarities, this becomes reflected in the external environment as a harmony within nature and social interactions.
The second day involves transmissions and discussions on how to balance the male and female energies in our energy body. There are various yogic and energy medicine systems which talk about these energy polarities of the body. There is the system of the right and left vertical channels that run alongside the central channel. The right channel holds the solar or masculine energies and the left side holds the lunar or feminine energies. There is also the white kundalini drop of male essence in the head and the red kundalini drop of female essence at the navel. All of these depictions of energies within our system need to also be balanced and worked together in a holistic manner.
The third day we bring the masculine and feminine poles on all seven subtle bodies (physical, etheric, emotional, mental, causal, spiritual, and divine) together in divine union or dynamic balance. Terms such as the hermaphrodite or androgyne are templates for this divine union within our own system. Also when these energies are balanced equally and dynamically in our channels, we are able to enter more deeply into the central channel of energy within our system and experience non-dual states of consciousness and unity with the Godhead or Source.
In addition to an hour long transmission for each session in which we connect with our Higher Self, Our Guides, and the Arcturians to download this energetic information and new patterning, we will have a chance to learn energy and yogic techniques to balance the male and female essences within our system. Day 3: the Physical Grid Arcturian Renaissance Transmission-Here we densify the vibrational grid pattern that we will help download with the Higher Beings to actually work on the physical plane to bring about and the new earth and new possibilities. These source codes implanted into the physical grid matrix structure will allow for the densification of light and positivity into the physical realm. This transmission will allow for the materialization with ease and grace, the divine blueprint and plan both from our soul level and the collective consciousness level. We are helping to make a conduit or vibrational highway from the Divine Levels all the way into the physical levels.

Welcome to the next installment of the Arcturian Mastery Empowerment Courses.
In this course, we will be downloading and working with the Arcturian Temples. The Arcturian Temples are energetic structures that assist in connecting us to personal, group, and planetary sacred sites. These sacred sites can exist in our subtle bodies, the land on which we live, and the major hubs on the planet and beyond this planet. The grid system created allows a free flow of energy and information among all energetic systems on the planet. This three-part session with the Arcturians will help to strengthen this grid system and allow a deeper connection to our Higher Self and the Unified Field. Also, we will be strengthening the planetary and galactic grid system to allow more openings and the free flow of information from the subtle realms onto the planet.
There will be three sessions with an hour or more energetic transmissions in which our Higher Self, Our Guides, and the Arcturian will work with the Divine Power Spots (Arcturian Temples) within our subtle energetic anatomy and the energetic anatomy of the land, the planet, and the interplanetary/galactic system. After each energy transmission, we will have an open discussion on what is unpacking and unfolding for each person and also a discussion on key points on how to connect with these sacred power spots in our subtle bodies and the subtle bodies of the planet and beyond.

We have personal power spots in our subtle bodies, energetic hubs, that allow us to more easily connect to the overlying grid system of the planet and beyond. We will be strengthening this grid system and its connection to the larger grid system of the planet.
2) Session Two-Arcturian Temples on the Group Level: In this session, we will be working with our local land and its connection both to ourselves as well as to the greater planetary grid system. By connecting with the land in which we live and creating Arcturian Temples or energetic hub systems on the land, we help increase the vibration and support for all beings and places in our local environment. In this case, we become energetic caretakers of the land we live and in return, it helps support us in prosperity, wealth, abundance, and calm.
3) Session Three-Arcturian Temples on the Planetary and Galactic Level: This session works to create, strengthen, and vitalize this inter-planetary subtle energetic information communication system. We will be connecting our personal subtle body systems with the planet’s grid system and beyond. By doing this we help to continue to raise the vibration of the planet and the interplanetary communication that exists at this level. Inter-dimensional help and contact are more easily maintained when this personal and planetary grid connection is made. Also, we will be helping to connect sacred power spots with our conscious intent and the help of the Arcturian Consciousness and energy.

The course is separated into three days with three transmissions meant to assist us in bringing to our awareness and then clearing these unwanted influences from our field.
Day 1: Arcturian Free Thought Transmission on the Individual Level
Here our focus is bringing through a transmission from the Arcturians to keep our individual minds clear of unwanted influences that may occur through media, social media, and other beings. The energetic transmission will be 50 minutes followed by a discussion on the possible mechanisms, sources, and ways to be aware when we are being individually influenced.
Day 2: Arcturian Free Thought Transmission on the Group Level
Here we step up the intensity and scope of the assistance from the Arcturians to help clear influences that are occurring on the group level. This can be influences that affect groups we associate with such as family and communities as well as influences that penetrate into the group mind in which we might be aligned with.
Day 3: Arcturian Free Thought Transmission on the Collective Level
The Arcturian Free Thought Transmission on the Collective Level is meant to combat influences that are occurring towards our planet and also toward the collective beings on the planet or supported by the planet including humanity. These influences are spiritual or non-physical in nature and can be cleared by dedication towards service for others.
During each of the three days, we will also discuss various mechanisms of mind control and influence both from an exoteric and esoteric perspective. The goal of these sessions is to restore balance, clarity and love on the individual, group, and collective level with the assistance of our spiritual contacts, Higher Beings, and in particular the Arcturians.
In this next installment of the Mastery Empowerment Courses, we will be taking a deep dive with the Arcturian Consciousness into the nature of time. We will be experiencing for the first time in a group setting the next level of the Arcturian Healing Method Level 10 that is coming out this December 2021, which focuses on frequencies dealing with time and the element of water. We will be utilizing these new frequencies in the three sessions of this Mastery Empowerment course to heal and balance various physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual problems or issues. This will also be a chance to experience various aspects of time and timelessness that can help us on our evolutionary journey back to the Divine. Below is a short summary of the frequencies and topics addressed in each of the three sessions.
Session 1: Arcturian Dreamtime Frequency, Arcturian Time Condenser Frequency, and Arcturian Time Expansion Frequency-experience these three frequencies in a group healing meant to expand and contract your sense of time. Also by combining these three frequencies together, we can change the temporal expression of our disease process, health challenge, or life challenge in a more balanced manner. The Arcturian Dreamtime Frequency elevates our consciousness out of temporal time and into what the aboriginal call Dreamtime; a space of consciousness not linked to time. The Arcturian Time Condenser Frequency allows the condensing of time, of the learning lessons, and of experiences that occur within a linear passage of time. And finally, the Arcturian Time Expansion Frequency allows an opening up of linear time so that fewer learning experiences occur within a given amount of linear time.
Session 2: Arcturian Time Collapsing Frequency and Arcturian Timelessness Frequency-In this session we will be doing a group session to further make our consciousness and experience of reality expand beyond linear time. The Arcturian Time Collapsing Frequency alleviates the need to experience large expanses of time by facilitating the learning of soul lessons more quickly and efficiently. Think of soul lessons as insights that must be repeated in linear time until fully learned. This linear time can be days, months, years, or lifetimes. If a lesson is learned more efficiently, the need for more experiences in linear time is not necessary and time collapses. The Arcturian Timelessness Frequency takes a person’s consciousness and seven subtle bodies outside of time. In this timeless state, changes to the seven subtle bodies can occur more quickly and deeply. There is also the possibility for a reset of a particular subtle body pattern. When the seven subtle bodies are returned to interact with the physical space/time dimensions these new patterns can manifest as increased health, vitality, and prosperity. Also, this frequency can facilitate the taking of spiritual initiations outside of the space/time matrix.
Session 3: Arcturian and Archai Creating Cycles of Time-Frequency and the Arcturian Water Frequencies-In this session we will be connecting with the Higher Spiritual Beings known as the Archai. The Archai are angelic beings who are part of the Spiritual Hierarchy and responsible for the creation of time and time cycles. We will be working with the Arcturian and Archai Creating Cycles of Time-Frequency to create mini-cycles of time in our own system for health, wealth, and happiness. This healing frequency can create short cycles of time that can imprint healing information into our information field on a regular or cyclic basis. Larger expanses of time across years to lifetimes can then also be created with this frequency and the assistance of the Archai and Arcturians. In this next installment of the Arcturian Mastery Empowerment Class Series, we will be taking a deep dive into the process of dying and the afterlife. This is beneficial not only for ourselves but also in service to our loved ones and others who might need this help. This process is usually reserved for an important post-death period called the astral unraveling phase or also known as purgatory in traditional Christian terminology. This frequency can save a person time in the post-death period and make the transition into the higher worlds easier and faster.
Arcturian Lazarus Frequency-This frequency will help people who have the ability to return from the brink of passing if this is allowed by their Higher Self and karma. Day 2: Dying Period Arcturian Transition Frequencies
Here we begin to work with the process of dying and how to ease this process using these frequencies. Below is a description of the Arcturian Transition Frequencies used on this day.
Arcturian Conscious Dissolution Frequency-This frequency and consciousness from the Arcturians will help people start the process of dying while maintaining their awareness. This is typically described in spiritual traditions as the dissolution of the elements (earth, water, fire, air, space, and further subtle states of consciousness).
Arcturian Clear Light Frequency-This frequency will help the dying person stabilize their consciousness in the Clear Light Void state before leaving their body. This is an opportune time to recognize the deepest most subtle aspects of consciousness available at the time of death and allows for a rapid evolution of consciousness if recognized consciously and mindfully.
Arcturian Proper Ejection Frequency-This frequency and consciousness will guide a person’s awareness out of their physical body through the crown center. This is the most ideal trajectory to enter the inner world after death from the body. This frequency can also be used in case a person has already left their body and did not leave their body in this most ideal manner.
Day 3: The Post-Death Arcturian Transition Frequencies
In this final day, we work with the healing frequencies after we have left the body. Below is a description of the energies we will be working with on this day.
Arcturian Revitilizing Frequencies-This host of frequencies repairs the subtle bodies and consciousness of the newly passed who are now in the inner world. Reports from people who remember their in-between lifetimes accounts for angelic beings doing this job immediately after the soul leaves its physical body. There is a profound revelation stated by Rudolf Steiner, the Rosicrucian teacher, and master, regarding the capacity to weave the subtle bodies of Christ into the subtle bodies of humanity. Below are a few insights and excerpts from his esoteric lessons to his private school (Esoteric Lesson, Dusseldorf, April 19, 1909):
We have seen that in the fourth and fifth centuries, until the fourteenth century, copies of the etheric and astral bodies of Christ were bestowed upon personalities who in this way kept the spirit of true Christianity alive. . .
All these people with the gift of an astral body or etheric body [from Christ] were notable for their deep humility because they were conscious of the fact that the great truths that they proclaimed came to them as enlightenment, as grace, that they could not understand with their “I.”
Until approximately six hundred years after Christ the great teachers of the church, for example, Augustine could regard the Christian truths only as a gift of grace. This is connected with the fact that they received copies of the etheric body of Jesus of Nazareth interwoven into their own etheric body. . . Later these teachers received copies of the astral body of Jesus of Nazareth interwoven into their astral body. Francis of Assisi had such an astral body.

3 Transmissions – Video & Audio Download
In this three-part series, we will be working with the latest frequencies from the InterGalactics: a class of spiritual beings similar to the Thrones who Gene connected with at Mt. Shasta. So far there have been two levels of healing trainings done, InterGalactics Level 1 and Level 2 which attune people to healing frequencies from this class of Higher Beings. The third level of the healing system will be coming out this August and this Mastery Empowerment class is the first unveiling of these healing frequencies in a group setting.
This class of healing frequencies from the InterGalactics is called the Omega Council Healing Frequencies. The Omega Council is a council of Higher Beings that includes the Arcturians, the InterGalactics, and other Spiritual Healers dedicated towards helping humanity.
The first two sessions in our three-part series will work directly with a set of frequencies called the 7 Omega Council Frequencies. These energies are meant to work on an individual, group, global, and galactic level to solve problems, heal issues, and bring resolve to unrest and disquiet.

In this Online Healing Retreat (OHR) we will be focusing on using a whole new array of Arcturian Healing Method Frequencies just starting to materialize on the planet. This series of frequencies, the Arcturian Upper Echelon Frequencies, is the next level of frequencies in the Arcturian Healing Method. The purpose of this OHR is to systematically expose you to the entire range of the Arcturian Upper Echelon Frequencies three times. Each session will raise your vibration to a new level. In this three part series, we will be making a deeper connection with the being of the sun known as the Solar Logos. The Solar Logos is also known as the Christ Being and through the ages and different cultures has been referred to as Ahura Mazdao and acts as a fractal emanation pattern of the Godhead which humanity can relate to. We can go into deeper resonance with the information field of the Solar Logos in order to develop and bring through our own Higher Self.
There are three Solar Logos transmissions meant to fully prepare us for this time of initiation during the month of December. The first transmission is called the Clearing of Obstacles and is meant to help cleanse all the subtle bodies (physical, etheric, emotional, mental, causal, spiritual, and divine) of traumas incurred in this life as well as past lives. This helps us to be able to fully receive the divine energies and frequencies in transmission 2 and 3.
The second transmission is called the Chalice of the Heart. In this transmission, the Solar Logos energies and consciousness will further open the 6 out of the 12 petals in the heart chakra. The framework we are using here is that the heart chakra contains 12 lotus petals. So far in humanity 6 of these petals or sections are already open. The work of humanity is to open the remaining 6. The third transmission is a culmination transmission called the Christic Coordination. In this transmission the heart center; the center for feeling and compassion, is coordinated with the head center; the center for intelligence and clairvoyance, and the belly center; the center for will and action. All 3 centers are then coordinated and connected to the first chakra above the head which is the center for our incarnated soul or Higher Self. The first chakra above the head is also the communication point for the conversation or connection with our Holy Guardian Angel.
