The Emerald Covenent of Gaia is a living codex with the Sacred Elemental Kingdom of Earth and our bodies are the sacred Earth. Landing on and thriving with New Earth happens naturally through developing our relationship with the planetary mother Gaia and the kingdoms too, and we do this by landing through our ship, our temple or body or Earthly form combined with Soul. We will share how to do this with the inside out codes of the Lightcore, the upgraded atomic heart stargate which constantly writes the frequencies which blueprint coding for our experience in the physical. The vibrations ripple off us and illuminate information reflected back to us as creations in the physical, they beam out like a projector to show us fractals.

We will use the New Earth Gold Standard plasma filter to weigh/feel all the energies and aspects of our lives to raise each through the golden diamond crystalline Krystos and bring them up to par with the New Earth frequencies. Explore the Emerald Covenant of Gaia to integrate how to work practically with the new light dynamics of magnetism and fractal through the prism eyes activation to explore the prism realms of fractal consciousness. Mastering conscious focus of energy through mind as well as emotion to be present and thus establish a harmonic living with your environment even if it changes frequently through people/events./travel etc.

Using the 4 main categories to harmonize/organize the spiritual being having a human experience on Timeship Earth (health, wealth, career, relationships,) we will explore how to tap into the essence or seed of each dream/goal/vision with laser precision focus within these as a mandala for conscious living and relating. Landing on New Earth also means developing relation to our creation!

Then Welcome to Lightbody Yoga! This is a revolutionary approach to yoga which includes energy healing, ancestral clearing, qi gong, body drumming/tapping, and conscious breath to raise our frequency. This is where soul meets body! A gentle, expansive system of prana-directed movement to remove density from our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. By making space within the body through stretching, conscious breath, touch, and prana or energy circulation, we are also making space for more light within the physical body! This is a unique practice created for all those on the ascension journey to New Earth to innerstand how to release the old by going deep inside the body through the breath and mind’s eye or 3rd eye.

Through this practice, we witness where old information is stored in our tissues, organs, joints, bones, and muscles. We can consciously breathe new life force and light into these spaces to update our consciousness/operating system from the physical body and beyond!

Lightbody Yoga is gentle, slow, and restorative, so it is created for every body type, season of life, and energy level. This is a beginner level to introduce ourselves to our avatar, body temple, Merkaba once again and unify with the divine through breathing into the body itself by focusing on one part or system at a time. This is not a flow yoga, meaning the sequences will be done sitting or lying down and can also be modified in a chair too for those who cannot get onto the floor.

****Props are recommended like yoga straps, bolsters, blankets, or cushions to make sure you are comfortable sitting or lying on the floor.

Lighbody Prana Yoga is a system of embodiment to raise our frequency for New Earth. We utilize breath, stretch and energy work to support us entering through the body. The Sanskrit word Yoga means union of matter and divinity so this is not a highly physical cardio or advanced yoga flow practice as we are doing mostly floor work stretches and breath. We must clear the stories, memories or “issues in the tissues” which literally block us from New Earth. You will need some yoga props and there is a guide for this included so you can have an excellent embodiment experience.

This is a 6 week class which takes us through layers of the physical body and their corresponding painbody codes to clear, activate Angelic DNA through our wings.
