The Diamond Light is the pure luminous radiance that resides in our heart centers. The Tibetans call it the Vajra, which is our pure, indestructible essential nature. Indigenous wisdom tells us that our departed ancestors are supposed to be our primary spiritual guides and friends. Yet many of us inherited deep fears, traumas, and belief systems from our ancestral lineage – patterns that have been passed from generation to generation, sometimes for centuries.

Our ancestors survived the “Age of Darkness”: an eon filled with war, corruption, slavery, oppression, genocide – and immense human suffering. Many of us inherited these patterns through the psychic inheritance of our families. Because of this the strands of our ancestral web are clogged and blocked. The purpose of this practice is to clear these blockages.

Yet our ancestors also had great courage, resilience, and strength by which they survived these dark times. Many were fed by a vision of future generations where their children would no longer live in fear and suffering. We are the ones our ancestors dreamed of: the ones who can be free of fear, the ones who can be powerful and connected to the magic of life.
