What I’ve realized in the past 10 years of helping empaths shift into their superpowers, is there are many of you out there still being taken down by your empathic nature (like kryptonite!)
It took many years to feel strong and confident in myself, where I wasn’t constantly worried if my clients, friends and loved ones were happy. I felt this overarching sense of responsibility to make sure everyone was okay, but I ended up not taking care of myself in the process. I felt heavy, burdened and worried all the time.
This all changed when I began to clear and heal the energies of fear, unworthiness, shame and guilt that were stuck in my body. This healing allowed me to shift my empathic nature from a curse to a treasure. It helped me show up in service to help others like you!
Activating your empathic superpowers doesn’t happen overnight. It requires daily and consistent attention! It requires the know-how to clean your energy, stop taking on other people’s shit and start putting yourself as a priority.
To really integrate these changes, you also need to connect with the root causes of why you’ve put others as a priority over yourself. If you are always last on your list and tend to take on the problems of those around you, we want to identify in your body where you are carrying fear of fully being yourself or the sense of not feeling enough or if you are judging yourself and comparing yourself to others.

About Jen Cunnings
Jen Cunnings is a powerful energy healer, spiritual guide, and sound healer who has coached and facilitated thousands of client sessions supporting transformation and opening awareness to higher levels of consciousness.
