About Karen Holly
Karen is a passionate advocate for changing the healthcare paradigm and is a devoted wellness innovator. Now 5 years free of ovarian cancer and thriving, she has dedicated the second half of her life to educating and speaking on the body’s miraculous ability to heal itself. She is a health facilitator, avid researcher, energy worker and speaker. Prior to cancer, Karen was working in the body wellness space for over 20 years. From conducting Women’s Health Panels in the SF Bay Area to founding both KH Essentials and the Holly Method, Karen’s passion for the power of body consciousness runs deep. She helps men and women create radiant health, energetic resonance and deep connection to their bodies through a unique method that combines the ancient healing modalities of sound, breath work, reiki, reflexology and aromatherapy massage. She teaches people how to restore and awaken the soul-mind-body connection through traditional rituals that nourish. With the laws of physics and sympathetic resonance Karen helps people learn how to regulate their own energetic state. She helps her clients find the healer within.

In this music mindfulness meditation, Anya uses her rare set of 432HZ alchemy crystal bowls in nature, creating a serene and peaceful environment where listeners can relax their bodies and declutter their minds, release all the stress and emotions from within, re-connect with our hearts and our core being, and rejuvenate from receiving energy from the infinite abundance of the universe.
Born in Taiwan, Anya grew up in New York and her love for music, art and poetry lead her to creating and writing starting an early age. She was discovered by Taiwan talent agencies in her 20s to go back to become a singer, and became the first girl DJ in Taiwan using old school turntables. This being so rare she was reported and spotted by a director and invited to Hong Kong for acting. She soon signed with Golden Harvest, one of the biggest film companies who also managed Bruce Lee, and acted in leading roles in many action films.
Over the last 15 years, especially after becoming a mother, she has been immersed in her personal spiritual growth and learning from teachers from all over the world. She is certified in many alternative energetic healing systems. Wanting to contribute back to society as well as be a part of promoting music for meditation and mindfulness, Anya founded Eartheart and Music For Love platforms. Eartheart and Music For Love serves as platforms that provides teachers, healers and products that assist people in empowering themselves and living life to their fullest potential, in harmony with oneself, others, and nature.
Her own personal love for music and her spiritual learning converged and connected her to alchemy crystal bowls, a powerful relic/instrument in which the elements and the frequencies of the bowls combined can relax, heal, and enhance the body, mind and spirit on many levels. Combining her natural talent as a musician and her spiritual knowledge, when she performs she is able to empty herself and become a channel. The transmissions of the alchemy crystal bowls’ frequencies and energies along with her angelic voice engages and connects deeply with her audience and the surroundings, and brings many different wonderful experiences to listeners.
