The Science of Global Coherence and Interconnectivity: How Love Connects Us
This presentation will discuss the Global Coherence Initiative (GCI), which examines the interactions between humanity and the rhythms and frequencies in the earth’s energetic fields. An important aspect of the GCI is the Global Coherence Monitoring System which is designed to measure the resonances in the magnetic fields generated by the earth and ionosphere. A substantial body of scientific research suggests that the vibrations in earth’s magnetic activity affect our physiology, psychology, and behaviors. Examples of research conducted in our laboratory confirming that when an individual is in heart coherence, the heart radiates a more coherent electromagnetic signal into the environment, which can be detected by nearby animals or the nervous systems of other people will be discussed. In addition, new data showing correlations between rhythms in solar, geomagnetic, and ionospheric fields and human nervous system activity will be shown, including data that suggests humanity is far more interconnected with each other and the earth’s magnetic field environment than previously imagined.

About Rollin McCraty, Ph.D.
Rollin McCraty, Ph.D., is Director of Research of the HeartMath Research Center at the HeartMath Institute. As a psycho-physiologist, Dr. McCraty’s research interests include the physiology of emotion, heart-brain communication, and the global interconnectivity between people and the earth’s energetic systems. Findings from this research have been applied to developing tools and technology to optimize individual and organizational health, performance, and quality of life. Dr. McCraty has acted as Principal Investigator in numerous studies examining the effects of emotions on heart-brain interactions and on autonomic, cardiovascular, hormonal, and immune system function, and outcome studies to determine the benefits of positive emotion-focused interventions and heart rhythm coherence feedback in diverse organizational, educational and various clinical populations.
He has been featured in many documentary films such as I Am, The Truth, The Joy of Sox Movie, The Power of the Heart, Solar Revolution, and The Living Matrix, among many others.
