Pain, physical (we all know what that is), emotion (fear, anger, grief, etc.) as well as mental (worry, confusion, negative self-talk) is perhaps our most accessible and potent doorway into liberation and freedom. During this 90 minute Playshop, you will discover how to turn the pain and discomfort into the fuel that propels you into the creative joyful life that you came to experience and share.
When we open to pain, we can learn from it. Pain is the doorway to access the gifts that are present in the pain. Learn how to really listen to your body, go within the pain, BE Present and begin to switch the pain and integrate with your inward awareness and curiosity.
